BEECHER was engaged by Armada Venture Partners as Owner’s Representative during the construction of The Signalmen - a 52-Unit multi-family residential project in Denver’s West Colfax neighborhood. Brought on mid-construction, our role was to supplement the client’s team and protect their long-term investment as they prepared to acquire the building at Certificate of Occupancy.
We performed in-depth reviews of plans, permits, and approvals, conducted detailed site walks with regular reporting, and collaborated closely with the Developer and General Contractor to ensure that the finished product aligned with approved plans and quality standards. This included managing punch list and change-order processes through to closeout.
Our rigorous attention to detail led to a seller credit at closing equal to more than five times BEECHER’s fee - a testament to the value we delivered through steadfast stewardship and partnership.
